Tatjana founded Konjunkt GmbH in 2021.

She is passionate about helping start-up companies to thrive and win. For her, it's all about understanding the legal environment to create opportunities. There is no reason for a company with an innovative idea to stumble over legal requirements or, even worse, face unexpected funding issues due to unintentional gaps in compliance and governance.

Tatjana advises start-up companies across Europe in different sectors such as biotechnology, ITC, sports, and agrobusiness, applying her broad expertise gained as a lawyer in a leading international law firm as well as over a decade of inhouse practice.

Tatjana has a deep understanding of a company's business needs based on her extensive practical experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, venture capital, regulatory, and commercial. With more than eight years in a senior leadership role of a listed multinational group she understands perfectly well how to facilitate business growth using a fit-for-purpose approach.

In her mind, there is no such a thing as a business decisions separate from a legal decision but simply management decisions taking into account a variety of aspects focused on making an idea commercially successful. This is what is at the heart of Konjunkt.
